7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • An item is missing from your order.

Important

A complete parcel opening (unboxing) video is mandatory for all return or missing item claims. The video must clearly show the sealed parcel being opened from start to finish.

Unfortunately, claims submitted without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

To request a return, simply contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order details and the required video proof.
